Our Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an order please call our customer service team on 0844-550-1234. This is available for 14 days after purchase. If goods have been received, collection or return can be arranged* This can only be applied to goods which are unopened and original seals and packaging are intact. A full refund will then be processed once goods are received.

Faulty goods can also be returned within 14 days of receipt. If goods are found to be faulty after this date please refer to manufacturers guidelines regarding warranty. If customers need clarification or advice please call our customer service team on 0844-550-1234.
